How do I book a rental?
Reservations are being handled by phone and email right now. Call 216 970 2249 or email meghan@bounceologyrentals.com with your event date, location, and the inflatable you’d like, and we’ll confirm availability and walk you through the rest.
How long is the rental duration?
Our standard rental period is 6 hours. Overnight and weekend rentals are also available—see the pricing options above. Please note that there is a minimum 2-day rental requirement for holiday weekends.
Where do you deliver?
We serve all of Northeast Ohio and the Cleveland metro area. Delivery is FREE within 20 miles of our Brunswick warehouse. For locations 20–40 miles away, there is a single $50 fee that covers both delivery and pickup. Deliveries beyond 40 miles are quoted at the time of booking.
When do you deliver and pick up?
Delivery, setup, take down, and pick up generally occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We reserve the right to deliver 4-6 hours early and/or pick up 4-6 hours after your rental period concludes, or the following day.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A waiver must be signed electronically at the time of booking. This is a strict requirement for all rentals to ensure everyone’s safety.
